It's hard to believe the kids will start school on Wednesday. Lexi and Mom attended Kindergarten back to school night and Lexi was very excited to discover some girl friends from summer school are in her class. One little girl she is very excited about is Madison, who also just started going to our church. She and her family just moved here from Colorado.
Zachary's back to school night is Monday night and he is also getting pumped up to start 1st grade. We'll pick up their school supplies Monday night and label everything so they'll be ready to start school Weds morning.
We said goodbye to some dear friends of ours, Kathy and Shawn Griffin and boys, Tuesday night. They are moving to Houston, Texas. We will miss them very much.
Hope your summer has been a fun and pleasant one. It's gone by way too quickly for us!
